- Partly trained pupils must take an assessment session before booking any driving courses or tests. This will ensure training contents (please see content page) and syllabus is fully completed with independent driving abilities before committing to driving exam.

- Lessons prices may increase due to inflation and fuel price rises. Unfortunately this can affect courses that have been booked before 2022.
- Driving tests are charged £150 for Luton and £180 for Leighton Buzzard and St Albans.
- To reduce expenses all lessons and test fees must be paid for in advance, 48 hours before for hourly lessons and ten working days for intensive courses.
- Please do not book a driving test without authorization from the Driving Instructor. This helps to ensure test success and avoid double bookings, loss of confidence and reduce test waiting times. Also presenting sub-standard candidates at tests can result in disciplinary action against Instructors, for wasting time and resources.

- To ensure a successful test attempt the Driving Instructor will carry out a through assessment and evaluation using a ‘Mock Test’. If the mock test results brings serious or dangerous driving faults then driving test will need to be postponed followed by additional training.
- Instructor has the right to refuse the use of their vehicles should a candidate go for a premature driving test.
