Pass with Taj cancellation policy
Driving Instructors are self employed which means that they do not get what an employee can benefit from. These include sick pay, holiday pay, pension etc. Driving Instructors must pay for all these along with vehicle ownership costs. These are car purchase/hire purchase, insurance, road tax, maintenance along with wear and tear, mot etc.
The above are many reasons why a Driving Instructor may charge for a late cancellation or car hire to perform at driving tests. With living costs at record levels we need to ensure cancellation is kept to a minimum so the price of lessons can be kept affordable.
Please ensure you give us enough notice to that we can find a replacement for your booked slot.
Pass with Taj has set the cancellation or rescheduling policy to 48 hours so that a replacement can be found for normal regular lessons. However if there is an intensive course already booked and paid for this extends to 10 working days. This is because an intensive course could have been booked many weeks ago and diary space has been allocated along with multiple hours or days taken up.
Please also pay for lessons upfront to help in this endeavour as lessons booked and not taken wastes an awful lot of time, money, and reorganising all of the days diary. In emergency cases we will endeavour to accommodate clients but they must send proof.
